What you'll need:

cookie mix
eggs
oil
red chocolate melts
heart mold
vanilla frosting

Now make the hearts!
Use red chocolate melts and a heart mold.

Frost the cookies with vanilla frosting.

Cut the cookies into bars

                                         Top with hearts!
